How does the product fit?: Runs big
Cozy grey poncho?

The piece picture not only was not the color I ordered, it was not the design/style pictured. Looked more like a pashmina. The item I ordered had actual sleeves built in with the look of a stylish poncho. That is definitely not what I received. I was definitely disappointed and when I returned it, (something I had not ordered), the Veronica co. Charged me return shipping.
