Shipping
All packages are shipped via FedEx. on days of operation, Monday through Friday. (weekends or major holidays not included.)
•Please allow 1-3 days to process your order and an additional 3-10 business days to receive your order is standard shipping.
• Next-day shipping must be placed by 1 pm PST Monday - Thursday on days of operation to be shipped out the same day, Friday orders for priority will be received Monday.
• Upon completion of an online order, each customer will receive a confirmation order which will then be provided with a corresponding tracking number.
• Overnight shipping - fee is calculated by determining location and package size. Overnight shipping will be sent via fedex express. Overnight fees are paid by customer when selected on order.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery.
Please ensure you report an issue within the respective deadlines:
Damaged: Within 2 days of when the package was marked delivered
Defective: Within 2 days of when the package was marked delivered
Wrong Items: Within 2 days of when the package was marked delivered
Missing: Within 1 day of when the package was marked delivered.
We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
- If an order states it has been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your property and with neighbors
- Check with your local post office and provide the tracking number to them
- Submit a claim with the carrier if your package has not been found
International shipping: we currently do not process orders with international shipping through our online shop.
Tracking is provided on your account order page. We are unable to cancel or modify orders. Any confirmed and shipped order that is refused by the customer and returned to us is subject to a 20% restocking charge.

• all return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days upon processing date (when your order is shipped). There is a $8 processing fee per return. (Domestic orders only)
• return requests are to be made through our return portal. Click the link above to submit a return request for a return authorization number and usps prepaid return shipping label.

• merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and unused. Free of alternations, damages or stains. Must have original veronica m tags attached.
• all merchandise marked “FINAL SALE” on product pages cannot be returned, exchanged or redeemable for store credit. (final sale note written on product details. Items on sale page.)
• accessories are not returnable.
• face masks are not returnable.
• be careful of makeup, sweat stains and deodorant easily rubbing off on garments.
• all footwear must be returned in its shoe box and in its original condition with no signs of damage, or scuff marks to the footwear or the shoe box.
• up on receiving in the mail, returns are processed 1-3 business days after scanning packge to our office.
• return label fee of $8.00 will be deducted from total on all returns.
If you decide to return with your own carrier, you must provide us with a return tracking number. If you're package gets lost in transit, we take no responsibility of that return.
Reserved Rights Regarding Orders/Returns
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject orders/returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Holiday Returns
During the holiday season from November 1st – January 1st, we will accept returns after 60 days of the original purchase order. The returned merchandise must be received by January 11th to be redeemed for a refund.

How Do I Make an Exchange?
- Our exchanges, to reship back to you is FREE.
- There's a onetime FINALE SALE exchange per order.
- If you are returning an item that has been previously exchanged, there are no refunds on any exchange returns - you will be issued a store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card.

Pack your items(s) and original invoice neatly into a shipping bag/box, indicating which styles you would like to return.
Attach return shipping label to your original package
Return packages can be dropped off at any local post office.
If you decide to return with your own carrier, you must provide us with a return tracking number. If you're package gets lost in transit, we take no responsibility of that return.
