• All return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

• Return requests are to be made through our return portal. Click the link above to submit a return request and return authorization number.

• Our team will review your return and within 48 hours and send a prepaid return shipping label

• *Please note that the return label fee will be deducted from your total charged when we receive the returned package.

• Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and unused.

• Merchandise must be free of any alternations, damages or stains.

• Merchandise must have all original Veronica M tags attached.

 All merchandise marked “Final Sale” on product pages cannot be returned, exchanged or redeemable for store credit.

• Accessories are not returnable.

Mask are not returnable.

• Be careful of makeup, sweat stains and deodorant easily rubbing off on garments.

• All footwear must be returned in its shoe box and in its original condition with no signs of damage, or scuff marks to the footwear or the shoe box.

During the Holiday season from November 1st – January 1st, we will accept returns after 60 days of the original purchase order. The returned merchandise must be received by January 11th to be redeemed for a refund or exchange.

HOLIDAY 2020 SHIPPING: During the holiday season (November 1st, 2020 – January 1st, 2021) all orders made through veronicam.shop will be shipped out as soon as possible to insure a fast delivery.

• To ensure that we can reserve the size/style that you would like to exchange, we ask that you follow our Return Policy and submit a return for the original product, followed by placing a new order with the exchanged product.

• Your new order will be shipped ASAP and we will issue a refund back to your original payment upon receiving the returned package in the mail.

• All returns and exchanges will be honored within 30 days from the original date.

• Shoes scuff easily on any hard surface. Suggest trying shoes on the carpet.

• Shoe boxes are essential to presentation and must be undamaged.

• Contact costumer service immediately regarding any damaged items.

Return refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment within 7 to 10 days from the date we receive the returned merchandise. You will receive an email to the email address listed on your account when your refund has been issued.
