All packages are shipped via FedEx Standard Ground on days of operation, Monday through Friday. (Weekends or major holidays not included.) Please allow 1-3 days to process your order and an additional 2-3 business days to receive your order.

Next-day shipping must be placed by 2pm PST on days of operation to be shipped out the same day. Please note if you place a next-day shipping order on Friday after 2pm PST, you will not receive it until the following Monday.

Upon completion of an online order, each customer will receive a confirmation order which will then be provided with a corresponding FedEx tracking number. (If shipping to a PO BOX, shipping label will be USPS.)

Overnight Shipping - fee is calculated by determining location and package size. Overnight shipping will be sent via FedEx Express. Overnight fees are paid by customer when selected on order.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

International Shipping Charges:
We currently do not process orders with international shipping through our online shop. This may be subject to change.
