RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

RETURN POLICY

• All return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. (With the exception of the holiday season, November 1st-January 1st.) Please see Holiday Returns for our official holiday return policy.

You must receive a return authorization number from our HQ offices prior to sending back any merchandise.

• All requests must be made to sales@veronicam.com to receive an RA number. Please note: please provide your first and last name, order or invoice number, which styles you would like to return or exchange and reasoning behind the return. One of our customer service team members will reply within 1 to 3 business days to provide this specific return number to correspond with your order.

• Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and unused.

• Merchandise must be free of any alternations, damages or stains.

• Merchandise must have all original Veronica M tags attached.

All merchandise marked “Final Sale” on product pages cannot be returned, exchanged or redeemable for store credit.

• Accessories are not returnable.

• Be careful of makeup, sweat stains and deodorant easily rubbing off on garments.

• All footwear must be returned in its shoe box and in its original condition with no signs of damage, or scuff marks to the footwear or the shoe box.

• Customer is responsible for payment of shipping to return merchandise.

HOLIDAY RETURNS

During the Holiday season from November 1st – January 1st, we will accept returns after 60 days of the original purchase order. The returned merchandise must be received by January 11th to be redeemed for a refund or exchange.

 

 HOLIDAY 2019 SHIPPING
During the holiday season (November 1st, 2019 – January 1st, 2020) all orders made through veronicam.shop will be shipped out as soon as possible to insure a fast delivery.  Please take note to our non-shipping dates listed below, as shipping will be delayed. We apologize for any inconvenience and will be shipping out your order right when shipping resumes. EXCHANGE POLICY

• You have up to 30 days from the original date of your order to exchange and product on your order. Exchanges will be honored for even exchanges only.

• Any exchange request must be in writing to sales@veronicam.com prior to returning any merchandise. Please note: please provide your first and last name, order or invoice number, which styles you would like to return or exchange and reasoning behind the exchange. One of our customer service team members will reply within 1 to 3 business days to provide this specific return number to correspond with your order.

• Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and unused.

• The customer is responsible for the payment of shipping merchandise back to our HQ address. Upon receiving, Veroninca M will exchange the product and ship back the exchange within 1-3 business days.

HELPFUL TIPS

• Shoes scuff easily on any hard surface. Suggest trying shoes on the carpet.

• Shoe boxes are essential to presentation and must be undamaged.

• Contact costumer service immediately regarding any damaged items.

• Be careful of makeup or deodorant easily rubbing off on garments.

HOW TO SEND YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE

The customer is responsible for shipping cost on all domestic & international returns/exchanges.

  1. Indicate on your invoice if you are returning or exchanging the item(s).
  2. Securely & neatly repack your item(s) in the resealable bag that you received them in.
  3. For exchanges: please indicated the size/style you would like to exchange your item(s) for.
  4. Please email or call customer service regarding the item you would like to exchange, so it can be placed on hold. Please remember to reference your order number in the email to customer service.
  5. Receive a special Return Authorization Number from customer service by contacting sales@veronicam.com prior to shipping back unwanted merchandise. (Please see Returns & Exchanges page.)
  6. Pack your items(s) and original invoice neatly into a shipping bag/box.
  7. Please ship your Return/Exchange packages to:

  8. Drop off your package at your preferred local shipping location.
REFUNDS & PROCESSING TIME

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment within 7 to 10 days from the date we receive the returned merchandise. You will receive an email to the email address listed on your account when your refund has been applied. Please be aware that your banking institution may require additional days for your refund to post to your account.

Refunds from international and APO/FPO addresses, please allow 5-7 weeks from the returned ship date for your account to reflect the credit. International orders returned will receive a refund for the merchandise, but not duties, taxes or tariffs.

SHIPPING
All packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail on days of operation only: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. (Not including weekends.) Please allow 1-3 days to process your order and an additional 3-5 business days to receive your order.
Upon completion of an online order, each customer will receive a confirmation order which will then be provided with a corresponding USPS tracking number.

International Shipping Charges
We currently do not process orders with international shipping through our online shop. This may be subject to change.
