Joggers - very comfy

I loved the fabric of all the joggers. It’s soft and comfortable. Some of the joggers have a higher rise than I like. I prefer a mid rise. I had previously purchased a pair in a small, and the waists was very tight. This time I ordered a medium. The elastic in the waists is thicker in the cotton blend than then stretch fabric. I prefer the slimmer waste band. I usually wear a small or x small in the dresses and rompers and a small in the tops.
Overall, it would be nice to have the actual waste and rise measurements for the product. Not all clothes measure the same.
